The dates for the 2009/2010 Borders Cross Country Series have now been set. The dates are:-

Course details will be published on the cross country section of the Norham website ( http://www.norhamrc.co.uk/ ).
Race start times are as previous years. Junior races start at 11:30 and senior races start at 12:00 (may be slightly later if junior races overrun). Runners are advised to turn up early for the first race to help ease congestion at registration.
Costs for the 2009/2010 series are £12 for seniors and £6 for juniors. This is a one off payment that enters the athlete for all six races.
Note:
This series has become increasingly popular in recent years and runners are reminded that an influx of runners into small communities can cause parking problems. Runners are asked to share transport wherever possible and to park vehicles considerately. As ever, runners are asked to act with consideration for local residents. Runners should also be aware that changing and toilet facilities may, in some cases, be “spartan”.
