ALASTAIR MORRISON

Just found out why Alastair Morrison of Garscube was unable to attend the prize giving after the Boundary Race on Saturday - He jumped into his car and was back in time to run a leg of the Road Relay Championships for his club!!
BUT. Still not happy with that, he went out the next day and was second in the Heaven & Hell half marathon through in Perth in 1:18 over a very difficult course.

Let that be a lesson to all of you! Thats what you call a runner!
